Eric Bean - Director
Eric's call into collegiate ministry began as an undergraduate at Texas A&M University through his involvement in the BSM. For almost twenty years Eric has served on six different campuses throughout Texas. He has a passion to reach the lost, disciple and equip students, and mobilize the next generation to leverage their education for God's Kingdom. Eric and his wife, Kate, have been married for 15 years and they have three sons. Since 2015 the Bean family has served as a foster family for children in care, which continues to be a calling on their lives.

Lauren Cartwright - Associate Director
Originally from Weatherford, TX, Lauren's journey in collegiate ministry began as an undergrad at Tarleton State University. Since then she has served on multiple campuses in Texas and across Vermont. She has spent the last 10 years serving as a North American Mission Board collegiate missionary and the past two as the Missions & Mobilization Coordinator for collegiate ministry in Vermont. Spending time in the great outdoors, celebrating cultures from near and far and capturing photography are just a few ways she likes to spend her time. Lauren is passionate about the ministry of missions and equipping students to “GO”, wherever God may lead them. Her desire is to mobilize believers through connecting, supporting and equipping college students to live out their faith.

Caleb NOrman - Associate Director
God called Caleb to make disciples on the college campus in the spring of 2024. He studied music for both undergraduate and graduate degrees, and was headed toward worship ministry until the Lord redirected him toward students and missions. His passions include music, running, reading, and making disciples who make disciples.
Caleb recently married his wife Mackenzie in January of 2024 and they love serving together in worship, evangelism, discipleship, and missions.
